Program
Scale your business faster, by offering full graphic and web design services to your clients. Our White Label design team offers custom, quality designs at discounted rates for you to profit from.
How IT Works
The White Label Program is ideal for those in a service industry such as business consultants, marketing agencies, event planners, PR agencies and more! Offer our gaphic and web design services as your own…complete with your branding!
Project Request
Log into your secure client portal and fill out the project request form. This request goes straight to your design team and will be reviewed within two (2) business days.
Proposal & Payment
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive a proposal with design details, project dates and online payment options.
Design Brief
Your portal will update with any design questionaires for you or your client to fill out.
Drafts
Within 5-7 business days, your design team will upload the project drafts to your portal for review. You will be able to downlad files and send to your client.
Revisions
Any revisions you or your client may have can be sent via email to your design team. These revisions will be uploaded to your portal once completed.
Final Deliverables
Once a project has been completed, your files are uploaded to your Dropbox folder and will remain available for download up to sixty (60) days.

Discounted Pricing
Once your account is approved, you will gain access to wholesale pricing that you may markup as you see fit.
Priority
As a member of the White Label Program, you receive design priority with an average turnaround of 5-7 business days for graphics and 10-15 business days for web design.
Your Own Branding
White Label means your brand is on all design drafts, final deliverables and website credits. We never use our own branding on any project.
Non-Disclosure & Full Rights
We never contact your client. All communication is done directly with you. White Label projects are not included in our portfolio and you/your client receives full intellectual property rights to all designs.
Terms & Conditions
There is a one-time portal setup fee of $299. Membership can be canceled at anytime.
The White Label Program enables you to access discounted design services to be used commercially for third parties. There is a one-time $299 set-up fee. No monthly fees or contracts. All design and communication with be directly with you/your business and never with your client(s). No WiLo & Co. branding will be placed on any drafts, revisions or final deliverables. Nor will your client’s design(s) be included in our portfolio, unless specific permission is given.
To remain in an ACTIVE status, you must submit at least one (1) project per thirty (30) days. There is a fifteen (15) day grace period, however, after this period you will either:
- Pay $100/month for three (3) months to remain in the program OR
- Be removed from the program and re-apply.
You may cancel your White Label membership at any time via written communication to b2b@wiloandco.com.
WiLo & Co. is open Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
We are closed on all National Holidays.
Extended holiday closing days are applied to Thanksgiving (Wed-Fri), Christmas (Dec 22-27) and New Year’s (Dec 31- Jan 3)
All communication received after hours, on weekends and during holidays will be returned and answered the next available working business day.
Exceptions to this rule are made on a project by project basis.
WiLo & Co. communicates with clients via email. All clients MUST have an active email address. Please add b2b@wiloandco.com to your address book to ensure delivery of our emails. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for initial or missing emails.
Any and all communication perdanant to your project should be sent via your client portal or email.
Please allow up to 72 hours for response to email or phone messages.
Please allow a minumum of 5-7 business days for all designs unless otherwise stated in your proposal and/or contract.
Turnaround time is extended if communication with client is not returned within the allotted time for project.
Rush orders (1-3 Business days) will occur additional fees based upon project details.
All proposals and contracts are sent via email through our invoicing service. Please look for an email once your project has been confirmed.
All proposals are valid for 30 days from date sent.
All details of project are outlined in the proposal. Electronic signature is required to start all projects.
Effective January 1, 2021
All White Label services must be PAID IN FULL prior to the start of any project.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
All files will be available for download via client’s dopbox folder assigned by WiLo & Co..
Please be sure to DOWNLOAD your files to a safe place.
Files are available for up to 60 days after completion and will be erased afterwards.
WEB DESIGN
Website clients will be granted login information and receive their how-to video upon completion of project via email.
