Frequently Asked Questions
What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time for design is 7-10 days, unless otherwise noted. This is for initial draft/design from WiLo & Co. . Completion date is based on client response.
How do I pay?
Payments are made through our invoicing system. We accept debit, credit & company checks.
Is there a deposit?
All services over $300 require a 50% deposit to get started and balance due upon completion. Services under $300 are due upfront unless otherwise stated.
How do i view my draft?
Once your draft is completed, you will receive an email instructing you to log into your client portal to view.
what is a client portal?
Your client portal is a password protected space specifically for your project. You will be able to view your proposal, receipts, contracts, drafts, upload inspuration and more!
What are you business hours?
We are open M-F 8am-5pm and closed on national holidays. However, you can always send us as email.
What's the best way to contact you?
Email is the preferred & fastest contact method. You may also give us a call at (901) 473-4777. We DO NOT take FINAL design requests and information via Text Message or Social Media Messaging.
WiLo & Co. is open Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
We are closed on all National Holidays.
Extended holiday closing days are applied to Thanksgiving (Wed-Fri), Christmas (Dec 22-27) and New Year’s (Dec 31- Jan 3)
All communication received after hours, on weekends and during holidays will be returned and answered the next available working business day.
Exceptions to this rule are made on a project by project basis.
WiLo & Co. communicates with clients via email. All clients MUST have an active email address. Please add help@wiloandco.com to your address book to ensure delivery of our emails. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for initial or missing emails.
We do NOT accept design files via text messaging or social media. Please send all requested files, photos and information via email to design@wiloandco.com
Any and all communication perdanant to your project should be sent via email.
Please allow up to 72 hours for response to email or phone messages.
Please allow a minumum of 5-7 business days for all designs unless otherwise stated in your proposal and/or contract.
Turnaround time is extended if communication with client is not returned within the allotted time for project.
Rush orders (1-3 Businessdays) will occur additional fees based upon project details.
All proposals and contracts are sent via email through our invoicing service. Please look for an email once your project has been confirmed.
All proposals are valid for 30 days from date sent.
All details of project are outlined in the proposal. Electronic signature is required to start all projects.
WiLo & Co offers monthly & yearly retainers. All retainers are paid prior to the next month or year.
MONTHLY RETAINER
Payment is due on the designated date, stated in your proposal and/or subscription notice. Dates are usually the 1st or the 17th of each month.
Design creation is limited “up-to” the amount designated in your contract.
FILES
All files will be available for download via client’s dropbox folder assigned by WiLo & Co..
Please be sure to DOWNLOAD your files to a safe place.
Files are available for up to 60 days after completion and will be erased afterwards.
CANCELLATION
Contracts can be cancelled anytime after the probabtion period, up to 5 business days prior to next payment date. Cancellations MUST be sent in writing(email). Any designs remaining in the contract MUST be requested prior to cancellation date. No new designs will be completed after the cancellation of the retainer.
Effective January 1, 2021
All services under $300 must be paid IN FULL before any project begins. Service over $300 require a minimum 50% deposit with balance due upon completion net 15.
Final deliverables will NOT be delivered until completion of payments.
DEPOSITS
All deposits are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE unless neglect or breach on behalf of WiLo & Co..
Deposits are good for 30 days from paid date. If the client has failed to meet their requirements for project to begin, their deposit is forfeited.
Deposits are NON TRANSFERABLE.
All designs and websites will be delivered once payment is MADE IN FULL
GRAPHIC DESIGN
All files will be available for download via client’s dropbox folder assigned by WiLo & Co..

WEB DESIGN
Website clients will be granted login information and receive their how-to video upon COMPLETION OF PAYMENT via email. Any web design not paid in full by terms in contract will NOT be turned over to client. All creative rights remain with WiLo & Co..
